  I want to say upfront that I have been a customer of Key Boutique from the time the dad (I think his name was Mohammed) started his business in Long Street. After my latest experience I will never use them again!!!!!!!!! Some 3 weeks ago, my daughter contacted me to say there was something wrong with my sliding door lock. (I was away at the time) I told her to apply Q20 but if this did not work she was to contact Key Boutique. She did and someone came. By this time the Q20 seems to have worked and the lock seemed to be OK. My daughter then asked what we owed him and he said R350 then changed his mind and said it was R450 as we live in Camps Bay. My daughter was flabbergasted and said but you have only been here for less than 5 minutes and did the R450 not include some time for labour. She then said seeing as you are here could he look at another lock. He said that this would cost another R250 and then changed his mind to R150. My daughter told him not to bother and phoned the office. She got no sympathy and was told that R450 was the price. End of story. Simply disgusting and will never use them again!
