  Fantastic service! On time delivery, with a special request from my husband to have the flowers delivered on 3 separate times as to surprise me! And they were spot on! So so so happy!! Thank you for my beautiful bouquets!!!!!

  Possibly the most pathetic service I have ever received. Contacted Kenly's a week in advance to arrange a Valentine's Day surprise. I followed due diligence to ensure that everything was in order. I paid upfront and followed up again the day before and was assured by Christine that I have nothing to worry about. On the 14th Feb, the delivery was not made at the agreed time (anytime before 2PM) and address and when I called the shop, the Manager, John took my call and was extremely dismissive and didn't seem to care one bit that I was an unhappy customer. He asked me what do I expect him to do on the most busiest day of the year for him? I told him that I expect him to do what I paid him for. He then said he will arrange an UBER to make the deliver to the alternative address I provided. I called about 10 times thereafter to follow up on the order, which eventually arrived at 7PM the evening, ruining the entire surprise planned. I will never use the services of Kenly's ever again especially since I didn't once get an apology or ownership of their mistake. Needless to say the flower arrangement was wilted and shabby looking when it arrived and certainly not worth the small fortune paid. They didn't even bother to add in the card with the personal message I requested.

  What an amazing experience and service! Everyone is super friendly and they knew exactly what I needed. Not to mention keeping to my very tight budget. They helped me create my vision and went out of their way to make the product even better! Best one stop shop for your flower and decoration needs!

  Offers excellent service and great knowledge of exactly what you are looking for. They will make sure that their design is most aesthetically pleasing to you at great prices aswell. I would definitely recommend Kenly for any of those flower lovers out there.
