  Absolutely Terrible Product, the product failed to live up to what we were originally promised within less than a year of application. The worst decision we ever made, we were assured it would fix the problems we were experiencing. But alas it has done nothing but make it worse, we are now sitting with massive problems on our hands which can't be fixed due to the nature of the product that has been applied. I would never recommend this product to anyone. In response to your response. The structure is 100 percent within the tolerances prescribed in SANS 10400. But i guess you wouldn't know about this, as you are not a civil engineer, and therefore can't make any claims about the condition or structure of the building. If the structure was unstable we would be able to claim from The Engineers Professional Liability insurance and we would not be having this conversation. You can come on here on spend ages responding back publically, but took you weeks to respond to any private email correspondence. You were made fully aware of and could see all cracks and issues when you originally came to quote. Because of what you promised and claimed the product could do we decided to spend a large sum of money doing this. Unfortunately it did not live up to its promises. Once again, i would not recommend this product or your business.
