  Absolutely shocking!!!! I have never experienced such a bad service. Stood in line outside the offices for 3hrs25m (I arrived there at 8. 15am). No seating and extremely hot. When you look inside only one person is attending to 200+ people. 4 stations where un-attended. After waiting over 3hrs and still not inside the building, we were told they went off line. Terrible management , a disgrace!!!

  Collection que is very long and slow. They don't have line for elderly people or people with disability.

  1st we werent allowed to park inside but had to park outside in a dangerous area. Then I booked via enatis for a learners license but when i got there to pay was told stand in the eye test row. After 2 hours not even 1 person had been taken in from my row. What is the point of booking on line? Zero time.saved. i left and now my appointment is cancelled. When i came out i got surrounded by 4 men demanding money for keeping my car safe.

  COLLECTING DRIVERS LICENCE AT KEMPTON PARK LICENCING DEPARTMENT. 1. CHECK IF YOUR CARD IS READY. Applicants who have applied for driving licence cards as from July 2018, can check the status of their application by sending an SMS with their ID number to 33214. 2. WHEN COLLECTING Head to the furthest building towards the right. Follow signage to card collections (poor signage) _____________________________ | | | TESTING CENTRE | | Card type licence | | Professional driving permit | | Card collections | |_____________________________| 3. COLLECTION PROCEDURE Wait in the queue on left hand side. When a department official comes to the door to hand out cards, wait for him to complete distributing cards. Then hand him your receipt (do this quickly as he returns quickly). He will then retrieve your card from inside and return after a while to hand out again. TIPS Umbrella (or gazebos and camping chairs 😉) for shade. Snacks Water to stay hydrated A bag full of patience If you feel unsure if you are at the wrong queue, ask for assistance (officials are friendly and unfriendly)

  Got an appointment online for end of July. They were on time with the appointments. Went back last week to collect drivers license card. Well done
