  Can honestly say, being on our second Mercedes, I have never ever had a good experience there. Still waiting for over a year for a spare key. Overpriced, bad service, no one ever follows up. Enough to make me switch vehicle brands. Pathetic.

  Staff reasonably friendly. Comfortable waiting area. Hot beverages supplied, with newspapers.
