::I'm not one to write reviews on the internet but wow, this place is a big yikes. The iie management doesn't even know what is happening and the staff is very rarely on the same page or given the same information. Student services is... Uh.. How do I put this lightly... A MESS. I have gone to three different people with the same questio/queries and have been given different answers. I feel so hopeless in this institution.

::I will be there on monday at 9:30. Extremely dissatisfied with how the staff of IIE MSA treat students. Furthermore, their administrative systems are completely pathetic - especially at IIE MSA - which was previously owned by Monash who did a fantastic job. I have been a client of advtech for over 10 years yet the staff of these institutions owned by advtech treat you in a manner that will leave a bad taste in your mouth. I have raised so many issues to this institution and escalated so many issues but no matter how far you go up and no matter how much proof or professionally you conduct yourself, every single person is completely and utterly unhelpful. I have yet to have someone from IIE MSA actually help me. I would like a meeting with someone who actually has an idea about customer service at this place and someone who actually has a backbone to go against their work buddies and actually strive for correcting client's issues, else my issues - along with countless other students will be taken to the press. The only good thing and professional department at this whole university is their SRC.
Vice Versa
::New change over has made the place a university I wouldn't recommend attending. Speak to most students here and the general mentality is about leaving and trying to get out rather than stay. Such a pity, I would look to the university in Middleton in Mauritius for a better experience.
