  Had a challenge with previous tenant. Received absolutely zero assistance from the agency until escalated to the director. When the phone actually gets answered, employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Their working hours are strictly 9 to 4 on weekdays, no after hours service, so if you're a working professional, don't take a property with an occupation date that falls on a weekend. If you want to view a property after 4, you have to arrange everything yourself. Private information is shared freely with anyone who asks as long as it gets the agent off work by 4pm. Slow responses to emails, if any. I love the property, but if I knew what I was getting into with this agency, I would have kept on looking until I found something managed by professionals with a shred of pride in what they do.

  The service is very slow, they are very disorganised. Moving in and paying the deposit is easy, getting your deposit back is almost impossible. They will find ways to keep money even though you left the place as you found it. Always double check the move in inspection documents, ask for a copy of your own, so you can later double check the move out inspection documents. Always be vigilant but I recommend no one uses this agency.

  There are easier real estate groups to work with in hatfield. Had to escalate a complaint to the ombudsman for a clear explanation woth documentation regarding their refusal to return full depisit but it seems many people have the same issue with deposits.

  I am struggling for 3 months now with payment of my deposit , huurkor is making up stories when they are suppose to pay deposit .

  Amazing service, but parking is a bit of a miss for clients with high risk cars. Office is on the third floor of the building. Need to sign in with a guard
