  Horrible after sale service. I purchased a fridge and it was not getting cold but the light was on. When I called them they told me they will get back to me the following day but they didn't, until I called again. I was told that I have to transport the fridge back to the warehouse at my own expense to return it. If I don't return it then I can keep it cause they say it's not their fault that the fridge is not working. Right now I'm stuck with a fridge that is not working because I don't have anymore money to transport it back. I will never ever purchase anything from there again. I highly do not recommend house and home.

  I have opened an account a week ago at Hemmingways store in East London. I have signed the contract last week already. So today i am calling to find out when they will deliver the goods because they are quiet; only to be told that they are out of stock. why wasn't i told last week that there is no stock. i could have easily gone to another shop. This is such an inconvenience and very unprofessional. What if i didn't call, what would have happened?
