  Kak service, I laybyeed a fridge when I come to collect, no one wanted to assist,we got pointed to alot of people in the store to halp, but nobody was willing to help had to be waiting in the store for more then 30 minutes to be assisted, when we finally got some one to help, I was told the fridge is out of stock, but before that, I was told to pay remaining balance right there and some one will help me after paying, after waiting for so long to gt assisted , I that's when I was told no stock, when I asked for a refund I was told, I can't get my money back , only head office will refund me after 7 day the money I paid 30mints ago, I was promised fridge will be requested from eastgate to the Glen and I'll get it delivered before end of today, around 7pm cause the store closes at 9, I called to follow up and nobody knew anything about it, I was told I'll be called after 15 minutes thy must check the system,, when I called back I was told the person that was helping me has knocked off and her name is andile a girl full of sticking attitude, I told them to look on the system, I was told Il be called after 5 minutes after 15 minutes I called back and had to explain again my story and got same answers, was asked to call again, when I called again the 4th time everyone was clueless and don't know who spoke to me the previous 3 phone calls I made.. I regret, after spending so much money. With no service at all
