I am currently experiencing the worst service with this store. I bought a microwave and a fridge from them online and they have not arrived to date. It's been a month and they keep delaying/ cancelling or making excuses that make no sense. They send confusing emails and never answer their phone. Honestly if I could go back in time I would have gone elsewhere. Customer service is poor and the communication or lack thereof is disappointing.

Staff are helpful and very friendly, some of the product did not have pricing on the self, they need to keep their eye on their shelf-talkers.

This is a store that actualy honors the guarantees on their products! Which is a bargain , staff dedication to customers loses them 1 star but overall pretty good experience
