::Returned my Hisense 55" TV that was still under warranty. Customer care manger just blatantly refused to book the tv for repairs. After I had boxed the tv up neatly and drove it the to the mall. I had to take the broken tv home. She reluctantly made a copy of my proof of purchase and now a week later I still haven't received feedback or even as much as a repair number. I have tried calling the branch and just receiving a "This number is unavailable at present. Please try again later." message. I have tried the online center for help but to no avail.

::It's a big store, you're bound to find what you need but if you don't the staff is always willing to assist you on which game store will be able to provide you with your item. Their prices are so reasonable. The store is clean.
