  I called in and the lady at reception was helpful. She couldn't get through to the small appliances section or the manager, but its long weekend so its understandable. So I decided to just go to the store myself and look for the item I wanted. I've been here a few times by now and I find most of the floor staff to be extremely friendly and overly helpful. I reckon its a 3.5 star shopping experience, but people never give the positive ratings - they only complain.
