  Clean store with everything in place, spacious too which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Staff also carrying the price scanner with them makes for an easy price check before getting to the tills and they are friendly too. 👌👌👌

  If I could, this would be ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service ever! The managers at the store are more interested in covering their own butts than ensuring customer satisfaction. I returned a faulty lawnmower 12 January. I found out three weeks later that it was still at their DC in Roodepoort and had not gone to the supplier as yet. The manager was more concerned about the fact that I had knowledge of this than he was that it had not actually gone to the suppler... I never got the lawn mower back. I also have no idea if it ever went to the supplier. Got my money back after a month with no lawnmower (technically 21 working days) Being the middle of summer... my grass was knee high... I have now bought another brand of mower from another supplier!

  It has all shops taxi rank at the basement and is open big very beautiful lots of restaurants

  Great specials and good deals. Queues are are bit insane, even when it's not busy. Won't lie, I've needed assistance a couple of times but there's either no one in sight to help, or the person is so unenthusiastic it's like I'm bothering them. Customer Service training is a must for your general floor staff. The people in electronics are usually helpful so kudos to them.
