Terrible branch! Very slow service and inaccurate estimated queuing time printed on the customer ticket. Estimated 5mins and took 40mins before I was helped.

Absolutely terrible, couldn't answer the phone when I called, waited at fnb for 6 hours to start an account and when I got home the account had been deactivated and I was told to go back in
