  Today, when my order through another gifting service fell through (on the day of delivery), I called other gifting services in a panic hoping to find a replacement. Flowers.co.za answered quickly and efficiently and were able to make a same-day delivery to the small, remote town it needed to go to. Sure enough, the flowers arrived in perfect condition and a big stress was lifted off my shoulders! I'm a first-time customer, and will definitely be using this service again. Thanks for making a loved one's birthday special :)

  Everything was perfect! The roses in the bunch looked fresh and they have been delivered at the right time

  I order 48 roses and paid R825 (feb 2017). They delivered 12 stems of lower value flowers and when I queried it (in writing and on the phone) they refused to refund me. This is not just an opinion where one says "the flowers weren't nice". I have an invoice in which I paid for 48 orange roses and I was there when they delivered 12 cheaper mixed flowers. This is fraudulent behavior by this company and their refusal to acknowledge it is very poor customer service. I had used this company them multiple times before and in those instances I wasn't there to inspect the flowers when they were delivered. I had ordered similarly extravagant bouquets and in some instances I received a very Luke warm thank yous and the photos of the bouquets looked a lot smaller than I expected. I am now suspicious that this was not an isolated incident and they had been defrauding me in the past and this latest incident was simply the first time I had caught them out. I would avoid using the company at all costs. They will let you down.
