  They were called 16x to come put out a fire that could I'd destroyed our houses and our pets and no one bothered to help?? You just kept putting the phone down. What the hell did you get a new truck for when you never use it 😡😡😡😡😡

  On 25 September 2017, we called the station to report a fire. The operator said that units were already on the way. 30 minutes later there was still no sign of the fire brigade. I phoned again and was continuously put on hold then cut off. I tried to lodge a complaint but was quickly cut off. There was no accountability.
