::I am not blaming the branch, but FNB would not take any of my proof of address statements. Saying they are not valid, or not a statement or do not contain the correct details. I had a power company statement, which shows my name and address. Its my electricity bill statement. Prepaid or not, if I do not pay it, i do not have electricity. Yet it is not accepted. I had my internet invoice from my ISP, not accepted. No one sends post anymore and it is backwards thinking to supply something that NO business sends you!

::I had an issue and went into the bank.the consultant helped me professionally and with a smile.the bank looks nice on the inside.the atms are more than enough and it is nice that I can even do online banking there.
