::I love this Fight Fit the intense training that happens in this family orientated space is beautiful , not only is it a fight fit they also have the gym space , the pace and power nutrition the Lola clothing line , selling of martial arts clothing and The Gypsy Kitchen which is done by Meghan the Gymnast and Vegan Baker. Her mealS are fresh and centered around Vegan cooking. I love this space it gets really busy in the evenings , however during the day it’s more relaxed and is great as the kids come here for gymnastics when it’s not to busy. They have a bookshelf where you can trade a book for one of ours for one of their books lovely concept free of charge. The most beautiful touch here is all the martial artists are such gentlemen. its amazing they say thank you , excuse me it’s such a nice feeling.

::Fight Fit Militia is a great gym. The owners Chef and Richie are highly qualified coaches that go out of their way to assist and train the athletes and gym members. Their children's program is fantastic, giving them a sound understanding of what it means to be disciplined, train hard, have respect and stay humble. The gym offers many different sports and disciplines with friendly and knowledgeable coaches. They have created an amazing community vibe where everyone greets you and is friendly. It is an amazing environment for all. I highly recommend that you check it out.
