  Nice place if you are looking for a backpackers / campsite in the Wilderness area. All facilities are available and the setting is superb if you want to be in nature.

  A perfectly located backpackers lodge on the outskirts of Wilderness. It is practically in a forest near the beach, very close to multiple hiking trails. Acommodation is rustic-styled and the facilities are basic, but they are very good value for the money. The breakfast was great. There is a very nice bar located at the property

  We did not have the greatest stay. We were camping with our own tents, so I don’t know how it is in the cottages they offer but the general vibe was not great. The bar (area) seemed to double as the smoking area which was kind of a pitty as it made it very uninviting for non smokers. It was very hard to find a piece of level ground to pitch a tent and the the amenities were very basic. During the night there was loud music, loud talking, arguing, glass bottles being broken etc. The girl at reception was super nice and friendly though. We had seen enough after one restless night.

  Great place near Wilderness. Right next to the national park where you can hike to a beautiful waterfall. Kayaks available from the site. Everything is centered around the bar which tends to be open quite late. Drinks are cheap so locals also frequent this place which makes a nice mix. Sign up for dinner, they make some lovely foods! Love those guys..
