::I have been waiting for 2 hours for my parents aged 87 and 91 to get assistance in closing credit card accounts since they are no longer shopping. After some time standing outside they were given seats inside. I have been left standing outside. They are obviously confused about what is going on. It is now their lunchtime and rest time. I am extremely unhappy with the level of service.
