  I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this branch. As a lover of books and what the EB brand aspires to, it is sad to see this branch constantly in a bit of a mess (empty boxes and abandoned book trolleys lying around). Customer service is also not great, as the shop assistants are not attentive or willing to assist. Hopefully these things can change.

  This is the worst kind of experience you can get from the Exclusive Books in Joburg (paryicularly in comparison to the one in Hyde Park). The variation of the books available is in pathetic levels. They also removed the chairs for grown ups and the table in the kids section so that you either shop fast or leave the premises fast. Terrible!

  This branch gives the rest of the otherwise awesome EB a bad name. First off system is offline so they ask can they put books aside, give details and come back when system is back online for the fanatics program. Only to return to find the rude assistant has placed all the books back on the shelf, not even offering a sorry, just oh I’ll go get them. Then on top of that realizing they overcharged on the advertised price on the book in question 🙄

  Better, much better food available effort today - moved over here into your Exclusive Books, Rosebank Mall outlet, Seattle Coffee!
