  I would like to thank Gary for his professional service and his team at Eisenberg & Associates for all the help, the countless emails and sound advice I have received throughout my ordeals in dealing with the barriers I was facing at the Embassy. Thank you for not missing a beat and reassuring me throughout. We can't wait to be in South Africa by end of year!

  I had a terrible experience with Eisenberg & Associates. Unfortunately it wasn’t until afterwards that I have heard very similar experiences from two other people. My situation was a relatively simple one but I wanted the advice of a lawyer to add extra confidence. It was immediately clear that Eisbenberg was sloppy and lazy with their work. They made multiple mistakes with my visa which I luckily caught or my visa would have been rejected. After they apologized for the mistakes I continued to work with them only to have them make even more mistakes. I eventually had to do the application myself. I would discourage anyone from using Eisenberg, they are very careless with the details of their cases.

  Did a great job for me. Service has improved greatly in past few years (well then again so has Home Affairs).

  I am immensely disappointed. I emailed an immigration inquiry to Mr. Eisenberg and was told by his secretary that he will meet with me in person the following week to provide his counsel, and that I would have to pay for his time. I responded that I was happy to do so, and a meeting was arranged. I sat with Mr. Eisenberg for perhaps 30 minutes. To all of my questions he responded with: "I will send you a detailed answer by email tomorrow, that way you don't have to remember everything now," which seemed fairly reasonable. I paid when I left, and awaited the response. It's been almost a month now. I haven't received a reply. I emailed twice with a courteous reminder. They did not email back. Although I feel unpleasant with the notion of having given money for a service not rendered, what bothers me more is the complete disappearance. If they did not want to take my case, or if they were busy, they could have told me so...
