  I just called in to booking an appointment. only to be told that I have to call back again later as the receptionists are gonna be in late due to traffic. It should not be the patient's problem as to who's gonna be in late or early. Dr Khaleel's staff must be organised with time, otherwise what's the point of telling ppl ur opening at 8am when your not even sure if going to be able to make it on time to facilitate booking of appointment's from the time of opening. Very unprofessional for a first impression. BAD SERVICE!!!!

  Most unprofessional staff I have ever met. if you book an appointment make sure you come an hour late so you won't waste your time. Don't bother complaining because I think they are used to it. I left after 1 hour of waiting and after 30min of leaving,the receptionist called me and told me I'm next😂. If the doctors Staff are this unorganized and unprofessional I don't expect the doctor to be any better.
