::Whenever an appointment is complete and I receive a statement, the Dr always adds an ‘admin fee’. The fee is an extremely high fee that is not covered by medical aid. I have queried this numerous and several times with the accounts department and they fail to give me an answer. They cannot explain what this is . My last statement I had an amount of R5100 as an admin fee. This is a fee over and above the fee fir the service. They can never provide me detail of this admin fee. It’s like a scam this admin fee. And such a high amount. It’s ridiculous. I have made a query of this 2 weeks ago with still no response.
