  Pathetic!!!! I have had an appointment for 3 weeks for Saturday 5th February at 7h00. I called this morning to confirm the appointment and was told oh sorry our phones haven't been working we have been meaning to call, Dr Le Roux has a conference in Cape Town the next appointment on a Saturday is 22nd February. I explained my husband and I started new jobs can't just take off during the week and as we work far we might be late for the 17h30 appointment would Dr Le Roux be willing to wait for us on Friday and was called back and told no. We are not new clients and we were not accommodated at all. No one else is available to help. We could however come on Saturday but couldn't say how long we would wait for another dentist as their existing appointments take priority. Absolutely appalled by this dentist practice and definitely won't recommend them.

  Neva had to wait weeks for an appointment. Or had to wait hrs in the consulting room. Great tx

  Was there last week Wednesday got an appointment the same day Great service and everyone was friendly

  I called in that morning and got an appointment for 09:30am. There is safe parking with security. The pathway to the reception is beautifully maintained. The front desk service was prompt. And the oral hygienist managed to clean my teeth quickly. I received a reasonable quote for orthodontic treatment.

  A very nice dentist! I was very impressed. She was very good with my 4year old daughter! Clean and professional staff all round. I think I might just return for myself when I need the dentist.
