  Wow. What an incredible experience from start to finish. Wonderful supportive and professional front office staff and incredible expertise from Dr Sher and his two assistants. My son now has a Hollywood smile and is so much more confident. It was well worth the time and money invested in this procedure. My daughter is now with Dr Sher and her teeth are already looking amazing. Highly recommend this practice.

  My 2 year journey with Dr Sher and his practice was absolutely beautiful. Not only is he professional but he has a heart of a gold. I was going through the most during this period, but Dr was always willing to listen and to offer support. Each visit to the practice was always welcomed by a smile, kindness and warmth from him and the wonderful team. I used to be very self councious about my teeth. I had a gummy smile and would always cover my mouth when smiling. I finished my treatment yesterday and literally burst into tears when I saw my new smile. My heart was overflowing with joy. I am a very happy client. I would highly recommend Dr Sher and can confidently say that he is the best Orthodontist in town.

  Overall great experience with Dr Cyril. He was extremely professional. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong as well as what was required to be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering seeing an orthodontist. He, along with his staff are an amazing team.

  Very disappointed in the service that I received. Consultation occurred in a room with other patients and workers, this does not allow for any privacy. The doctor was very condescending and did not pay attention to my concerns, he did not allow me to express myself. Added edit to existing review - I am absolutely appalled by this practice! After my review, which represented my honest, personal experience, I received a phone call from the practice stating that even though my review might represent my experience, I should remove it. When I refused to remove my review, a passive-aggressive tone was used to try and manipulate me to remove my review. In addition, during my conversation with the staff member about my grievances, I mentioned that I have read another review in which a client also found the doctor to be condescending. The staff member then proceeded to condemn the other clients grievances by stating that it was due to that individual owing the practice a considerable amount of money, giving me the specific amount. Since when is it acceptable, appropriate or even professional to disclose financial information as to “why” the client had left a negative review? I do not doubt the doctors ability/knowledge and never brought that into question. I simply had a problem with my consultation not being done in a private room but instead in front of other patients and staff, as well as the doctors inability to understand why I wanted to have a certain procedure done. I am absolutely livid with this practice for their lack of professionalism and a passive-aggressive approach to patients complaints.
