::Went to Dr. Parsons who did a root canal on 2 two of my teeth, I was told that I needed a crown to protect the remaining tooth. I specifically ask Gayle (receptionist) if I could forward the quote to my medical aid and she insisted on doing it herself, she told me she would get an answer quicker. Months later when I asked for the quote as I have not heard from her nor my medical aid, I have send numerous requests to her, seems a quote was never submitted as she does not correspond back to me specifically about that quote but after I asked her now for a new quote I got one. I have been left months with an exposed tooth and if I handed in the quote myself I would not have been left with an open tooth. She comes up with an unethical answer. A person goes to an dentist to receive care which I did not get as she could not be bothered to apply as she said she would for an crown.
