  The wait is killing me I have an hour now and still counting since I have arrived for vehicle inspection. 1and half hour now, still waiting

  A little hard to find, but they're service was amazing and really quick. I went there to get a change of ownership done and I was a little late but that assisted anyway and got the job done so well. Colleen was wonderful and assisted me with everything.

  I waited 1h20m for a roadworthy today - being one of the first 3 clients at 8AM when they opened. Maybe just a slow day for the staff? A better client management system and customer service would make the experience. There are alternatives nearly so next time I will use them. Cats and dogs living together.

  Don’t go here. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Complete waste of time and effort and basically a money making ring. Have stopped taking cash, probably due to the high possibility of bribery and corruption-so staff have to take it out somewhere-so will find inconsequential little problems that force you to return(even when Toyota themselves have issued a perfect bill of health). The inspectors have no qualifications that anyone is aware of, and yet they don’t believe the manufacturers report. Demo models are disqualified for petty things. Place is empty and staff hanging around chatting, yet it takes over 2 hours? Only when pushed did they miraculously find the paperwork, even then had sullen attitudes. Place smelled and the front door doesn’t even latch, so keeps opening? These guys have got a contract and are most likely milking it for all it’s worth.
