The poorest after services to get your name clean once your account has been settled. Going for 4 years but with no luck! Doesn't deserve a star! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!!!!

There should be a ZERO rating for this place. For a year now I have been trying to get rid of these people and get my name cleared. They are keeping me under DR against my will and without a court order. Illegally.

If you have debt and need help do not use debt rescue under any circumstances. They have been working with my debt for nearly the past 3 years now. Whenever I try to contact them I am just told it's the wrong department I have to try again. The past 6 months they have sent me statements saying that I am paid up and debt free. I then started asking why it doesn't reflect with my credit provider and they only started corresponding with my credit provider after a bunch a emails. When they found I still owe money to the CP they sent me an email stating that they received a letter from my CP. They then deducted they money the following day without my concent or confirmation and outside of my giving preferred debit order date. When I asked them what was going on they initially told me that there was no such payment reflecting on their side. After even more emails they basically just say its my problem and they hope their emails and information are in order. Beware of these people!! They are extremely sly and very hesitant to do their job. They expect you to do the work for them and they will only give you the information you need after you start asking them what is going on. They will not take any initiative whatsoever! They only want your money and have no concern towards your financial well-being at all!

Debt Rescue was supposed to administer and handle my accounts, I paid them for this service. 4 years into Debt Review and nearly at the end of it I had to hear that an account of FNB never received payment. FNB converted the account and changed the account number. Debt Rescue has been paying the money into the cheque account, and FNB is now claiming R14000 as fees and interest on the cheque account and refusing to transfer the payments to the account it was intended for. In the beginning of this process I was told by debt Rescue to open a new account because the cheqeu account would form part of the debt accounts due to the overdraft. I was also promised that they would deal and arrange everything with my account holders. FNB did not inform me or Debt Rescue of this account number change. Since Debt Rescue however work with this and promised to arrange everything with the creditors I hold them just as responsible as FNB. They never queried why they did not receive a conversion letter. I did not expect any letter or had any knowledge there off. And they did not prepare me for it either. Now FNB wants R25 000 more, despite R14000 already paid for an overdraft that started with R16 000. Despite this I have given them since the 15. 10.2019 to help me solve this with FNB. They are not helping. Always asking for more time. If you are under debt review or considering it be careful, check now what is going on. Don't fall into the same trap as me.

Extremely Professional! Do not go into debt revue until you completely understand the process. Thanks Greg for being so professional and helpful!
