  Pathetic service and very bad pizzas. i ordered a meaty thriple decker pizza today and the pizza was very bad there was less cheese on top and the meat inside the pizza was very less i could actually count the amount of chopped salami in it which was 5 to 6 small pieces on each slice and the amount of mince was like half or 1 teaspoon of the meaty mince on each slice. It is a 3 layer pizza, why are you guys doing that? I tried calling to complain but there is no answer in your store. Imraan you need to sort your staff out, It is may be they do not know what they are doing or you are telling them what to do. Either way after 18 years of support i will no longer purchase from your store because this is not the 1st time ive incounted issues like this. Just a suggestion please get qualified staff that know what they are doing and pay them well enough or train your staff, So that they want to be there. Maaf for any inconvenience.

  Delivery is delayed. I wait an hour for pizza from confirmation of order sms. they can do better with delivery times.

  Still waiting for my pizza, was hoping new management made a decent pizza as opposed to old 1, unfortunately time will tell because im still waiting for my pizza an hour later, so far not looking too promising

  Tbh you guys are not even worth one star!! I respect the fact that you brought to my attention that I won't be able to order until 13:15 due to Friday prayers. Secondly I was told my order will be ready in 40 to 45min. However, I place my order at 13:19 and my order only arrives after 15:00. I called multiple times and Everytime my call was dropped! You have a call center for what?? I don't recommend anyone to even order from you! Your standards dropped drastically. Consider in shutting down your franchise.
