::Terrible service and poor attitude! After waiting 2 hours for our pizza (which still did not arrive) and numerous calls (which were not answered due to management openly admitting to taking the phone off the hook due to not wanting to deal with calls) I decided to take a drive to the branch to which management's answer to a more than 2 hour delay is simply "what did you expect its a Friday after payday?" Not once was there an apology but rather just excuses and poor justification as to why waiting for your pizza for more than 2 hours is perfectly fine according to their standards. I will most definitely be taking my business anywhere else but here. Management your attitude is disgusting, if I could rate you less than one star I definitely would!

::Past 3 online orders have taken over an hour everytime time we have ordered, and this most recent one, one of the pizzas arrived cold. I phoned the restaurant and all I get told when I ask how far my delivery is and complain about it taking over an hour, I get silence on the other end of the phone and then "Ahh Eish, sorry ma'am. Its on it way though". Pathetic service!

::Worst service ever! Ordered a pizza on the app for delivery - it didn't have spring onion as per ingredient list. Took 5min to get someone to answer the phone. The manager says it is our fault as we didn't open the pizza in the dark out in the street to make sure all the ingredients are there, but as it happens they are also out of spring onion. Nobody called to inform us that they are out of stock, neither did they discount their missing ingredients. I told her she can come fetch the pizza untouched and refund the money, which she refused. They will get some spring onion from Nando which we can now add to a cold pizza. This store is inefficient and the managers are rude and unhelpful. Never making the mistake of buying from them again.
