  They have a great variety of products. Just seems like if you need something, you won't leave the store without getting it. Plus, they have a friendly and helpful staff.

  Honestly the service is getting worse and worse. Every time for the last 3 visits, when I ask where the product that I'm looking for is, they say 'it's out of stock', a big wast of my time and not very good for their company view. Today another client complained about thesame thing as I was l, which shows I'm not the only one noticing this issue.

  No Thanks Daniel, after phoning you twice to make sure I would be able to collect my purchase at your branch, you never phoned me back, and now the couriers have collected it and I will have to go another week without training... Bought a trainer at Lynnwood branch prior to lockdown, after asking 10 times to make sure everything would be compatible with my Scott Spark MTB I purchased from Cyclelab, I got home and unpacked the trainer only to find that I did not have the correct axle at the back, and spent the entire lockdown unable to train on a cycle - now Cyclelab is costing me another week, again...never dealing with Cyclelab ever again(10th issue in last 7 months)

  Recently had my bike rebuilt by the team at Cycle Lab Fourways. My contact throughout the process was Jay Lawlor - he did a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the process. I was impressed by his friendly and efficient service. I can highly recommend both Jay and the rest of the workshop staff.

  This has to be the premiere resource for anything cycling. The place is just awe inspiring. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are impeccable. The variety of stock is incredible. They really thought of everything. I went in on a Sunday with a bit of an emergency. My wife's wheelchair had a puncture the night before. They were extremely helpful even though this was not their speciality. They took me to their workshop called "The Lab", which was clean and well fitted out. They had me sorted in minutes, and refused to charge me anything. Even after I insisted to pay. They're really great people and gave me some handy advice. I will be buying all our wear and tear replacements here in the future.
