  I recently had a terrible bad experience with Csi rentals Germiston. I have been with them since 2018 May.its been over 1year and 8 months with them and have never paid my rent late. I recently had bad month in business and could not pay them in time.I inform them in time that rent will be late and gave reasons.on the 4th my electricity was cut.i spoke them to reconnect my electricity but they ignored me. Apparently they have been disconnecting tenants electricity which is illegal. came to helloPeter I was shocked to find out that over 93 reviews 57(61%) was 1 star which could have been zero if it was option. 35 (38%) is 2 star and only one 5 star They are very rude and dnt care. They said I must go to hellopeter. Oh by the way they never did any repairs I asked for the last 20 months. My question How are they still in business with such bad service and ratings?they have 3 branches How do we make sure people dont go through this bad treatment? I would give the zero rating

  They are crooks they failed to refund my deposit, I escalated the matter to the Rental housing tribunal I'm still waiting. I can't refer anyone to this crooks. Thanks
