  I have always liked the place and service. Had copies made on Saturday and the original contract is missing. When I asked to be urgently helped, I was told that he cannot spend time going through scrap paper that will not make Money, he has other work to do that will make money and I must wait until he has time to do it - even though the one other client in the shop was done as I climbed into my car. Poor poor service. Will not be supporting them in the future and I will make my displeasing experience public to whomever I can.

  they were helpful in the beginning, but then they turned out to be very rude by just ending the conversation by saying have a nice day while i was still explaining something to them putting the phone down in my ear!!!! that is not very good by being rude to your customers
