  For rating purposes i have to give it a 1 star, as it will not allow me to post a review without one. I find it extremely hard to believe that for the renewal of an Italian passport, with my application duly sent to the Italian Consulate on the 11th of June, to date (over three months later), I am still waiting for an appointment with the Console Onorario in Durban. This after my multitude of emails, phone calls and reminders. My business trip planned and paid for (with the Consulate being aware of), had to be cancelled, resulting in irreparable embarrassment and costs which i will never recover as air tickets and accommodations are not refundable due to my inability to provide new dates (absence of renewed passport). Your office inefficiency and disservice is a real poor reflection on the Italian Authority you are representing abroad.

  I had a hard time to get my declaration of values... I do not know if it was my skin color that made everything even difgificul becuse they had no solid reasons not to produce the document I needed to study in Italy,( I had all documents required to produce it )...You will find good and bad people people...like everywhere...!☺ But thank God I made it to be in Italy continuing my studies! ✌🏿🙏🏿💋
