::Absolutely the worst service I have ever received Absolutely shocking service at Clicks East Rand Mall... all the purple Christmas gift stickers are on certain gifts which means buy 3 get 1 for free. I spent 2 hours in Clicks choosing various gifts only to get to the till and be told that the promotion only starts in 3 days time!!!!!!! Then why advertise the special now. What a waste of time. The manager was not helpful at all the cashier was rude and laughed in my face and to make it worse, they over charged me R80 for a bag I had bought. I had to go back and ask for a refund where the rude cashier once again laughed at me. What unprofessional pathetic service. Surely you shouldn't advertise specials if they not currently applicable and surely staff should be trained in people skills. Clicks you have lost me as a customer
