  Every month long queues with only two people to assist, you wait in the queue at the least two hours,as for the building, it looks beautiful but the place is dirty,long grass uncut,rosent running around,,it is very discouraging to come hear every month.

  Service is very bad. Must wait 7 months for a hawker lisence. I was never ever treated so bad in my life.

  The architecture has always intrigued me. It's Grand! Love the scale....as for service? Never been there....Love that building though

  Looks like.a post communist structure from the USSR Stalin Era and it was Unkempt with litter all around
