::The sales team I'd put at a 2 stars. They never came back to me once and I did the follow-ups. The Service Team on the other hand is a 4 star and so I have 3 stars! It's a pity cause this sales let's the service department down!

::For now, it's a One Star rating. Bought a used car from them and was told the vehicle would be serviced before I take delivery. I asked for the invoice and old parts of what was serviced, but didn't get it. The very same day of taking delivery, the car told me "Service due". I was assured the car was serviced and they will show me the paperwork (which a month later I still don't have). Then I was told its probably just the software and I need to take the car where Cargo had it serviced (NOT their own workshop). On arriving, they couldn't reset the on board computer - it has to go to BMW. This couldn't be arranged before we went on our December holiday. Once again I was assured the car was serviced without Cargo or the company that serviced the vehicle providing me with any documentation. "You can take your family on holiday. There's nothing wrong with the car..." A week later, whilst on holiday, the brake replacement warning came on! This means the brakes weren't even checked during the service!! It's now mid-January and I am still waiting for my brakes to be replaced as promised. I'm also waiting on the service invoice. Oh, and for the computer to be reset by BMW...
