::Incompetent staff, they do not know what they are doing. One of the consultant literally admitted she cannot do the job as she does not know how to do it after taking half an hour time. In another instance, I wanted to change my banking details and they asked original copy of proof of residence just to get into bank even though it was not even related to address change . It looks like, it is their own way to deduce number of inquires per consultants and employing least amount of people to increase profit margin. Stay away from Capitec M. of North branch and go to one in Savannah. And remember town branch is also so crowded all the times.
