  Good Day. Want to please let the store in The Grove know. We where there on Saturday afternoon. My husband wanted to buy a jacket. (I bought one previously). So I bought another one, LOL. Our service that we got was excellent. They greeted us when we walked in. I tried on a jacket and did not understand how it zipped. Gentleman by the name of Efford I think helped me. When we bought the 2 jackets he told us about the "shampoo" we must use to wash the jackets with. And before he packed the jackets in he showed me the small bags is also in the pockets to fold jackets up. Service was 10 out of 10. Thank you.
