::Visited Cape Union this evening 15-01-2019, as I needed to exchange an item. I was welcomed by the most pleasant staff, eager and willing to help. Rufus, a gentleman who assisted me as well the manager were both outstanding. The customer service gets a ten out of ten. Might I add, I was at the same store in December and I was received in quite similar fashion. The managing team of Cape Union should acknowledge these staff members for excellent service. I shall definitely be visiting again. Hats off for such great service.
