::The staff friendly and service very good. We did not get the fish we have ordered and when complain we heard a long story on problems with the suppliers. The food though was very good.

::All the tables were messy, they don't clean tables after people get up we had to look for a clean table as all tables were empty but dirty and they weren't even busy. The prices for the quality of the food is ridiculous, really not worth it and a waiste of money. Ordered sushi for starter and gave me prawn instead of salmon and I got charged for the salmon. Ps won't even recommend my worst enemy!

::Castle draft smelt like sewage. Manager informed it has smelt that way for 2 days. They waiting for a service!!! Why serve it then!!! Ordered a massive platter. Couldn't eat at all, 85 percent humidity 29 degrees and they dont put the air conditioning on! I am on my why to the guest house to heat the food and attempt to eat it with aircon and only imagine how it would taste reheated.Extremely disappointed!!!

::They have some brand house rivalries going on. Too much suppliers politics. If I want a particular beer as a customer I don't want to hear how they don't stock something because of franchise issues. I am sorry but personally I feel that having strict only chips rules with fish for the special when your customers are down to nothing, doesn't give the customer warm fuzzy feelings. I would write way more but go there to see What I am talking about. I feel sorry for the manager who has the responsibility to keep this sinking Titanic afloat.

::The CTFM looks clean and the menu seems great. However once the first starter rolls out you start realizing that something is wrong. Two of the 6 dishes were above par the rest were seriously found wanting. Come on guys you have a cool restaurant, fire the chef!!!! The staff was very helpfully that is the only reasons you get two stars.
