On the 28 May 2018 just before 7pm I heard voices outside. I then went to see what was happening. To my surprise I was shocked to see approximately 10 people on my property. I then asked what they are doing here. They remarked they are looking for someone. I then asked how they gained access to my property as I have a boundary wall which I must open for anyone to gain access to my property.one of the men (person A) indicated that they jumped over the wall and opened the gate for the others to enter. Soon after that person A indicated they are from SAPS. I immediately asked for identification but it fell on deaf ears. Person B a female approached me and asked me if I know this person by showing me a picture of the person they are looking for. I then indicated the person doesn’t look familiar and he does not live on my property. I again requested for identification, but still nothing was provided. Person A asked does anybody else live on the property, I said yes we have a separate entrance and there is a student living there. As I walked to the gate I noticed another 2 men already at the back inside the separate entrance, at this time I am already frustrated as no identification could be provided and all of them were wearing civvies clothing. I shouted at the 2 men and asked who gave them permission to just walk to the back and walk into the separate entrance without the owner being present and also informing the student of their purpose. The student also asked the 2 men how they gained access, they however lied and said the gate was open. No we have Mr Macho (PersonC) being the man in the separate entrance making an appearance, person C comes shouting back at me “do you know the law?”. I asked him for his name and again identification. He remarked with authority I am the law and there are no names. I asked again show me your identification and yet again nothing was provided. He then told me his name is sgnt Jacobs. I asked to have a look at the Warrant of arrest, it was given to me briefly and then I was told give back our property.I then refused to speak to Mr.Ego and and spoke to person A and said I don’t have a problem them doing what they must but there is a thing called decency. The way they went about doing things can definitely not be procedure. My biggest worry is how SAPS does their planning before they raid a house, tomorrow they could enforce themselves on much older people with no remorse.

Poor service from a Sergeant Alias and her Constables and Secretary. Was there to find out about cases I don't know off and then they started to unprofessional thing and it sounded like a Circus on the front desk! Stay away from that Station or else your day is gonna be worser than it was!

If you do not know how a procedure works, stay away. All you'll do is go from office to office being told it's thé wrong one.
