::Went to Cape CrossFit for my CrossFit Level 2 cert. Really nice big box that is fully kitted. Amazing view of Cape Town, there are fully kitted bathrooms and 3 training areas that can be used. Had some friends drop in also from that were taking part in the open visiting from Pretoria. Cape CrossFit was accommodating to assist them with their open score submission:)

::I went to the box whilst travelling for work. I didnt like the fact that there was a seperate class for elite athletes. Personal choice I suppose. The workout was ok but I felt the need to go for a run afterwards which never happens at my box.

::I was lucky enough to drop in to CCF and was blown away. Its a great space with top rate coaches, high end equipment and a view that can't be beat. I will be back when I next visit Cape Town

::Soy propietario de CrossFit Diagonal en Barcelona, siempre que viajo me gusta entrenar en otros Box para poder ver en primera persona como se trabaja, instalaciones, entrenar con la gente local y mi experiencia fue genial. El Box muy bien equipado, con luz natural, buenos coaches, muy agradables, te ayudan a dar lo mejor de ti y muy buen ambiente por parte de las personas que entrenan allÃ, me he sentido muy cómodo.
