  I have found them very helpful with my Silverback E-MTB. Callan himself has gone out of his way to help me with the Shimano computer on my ebike. Besides changing the crankset Callan also reset the motor computer. They were also very quick with replacing my derailleur when I hit a stick and broke it. I strongly encourage anyone in the Hilton, Howick area to see Callan's as their bike shop!

  Not my first time doing business with CBT. As always always treated with respect and kindness and expert advice. Service delivery is excellent so is the aftersale service. Definately the best bike shop by far. Thank you for advising me in the right direction on my purchase. Will always come back

  Hi guys, thanks for the great setup, very happy with the drivetrain upgrade, pricing was as competitive as any other of the SA online stores, the difference being the personal touch of any additional tweaks that needed to be done to the bike and related comments. Only complaint being of the Lefty that needed to be brought back to the shop for additional maintenance , I think due to over bookings or too busy, but sorted in end. Looking forward to checking out your new shop. Cheers. Roy

  Just taken delivery of my new Trek Top Fuel 9.8 My first Trek. Purchasing decision was a combination of a good price, flexibility in tailoring the bike to my requirements, and a great group of people working at CBT. So far very happy with the bike. Light, responsive, and comfortable.
