::Rather stay away. They cant even true a wheel....... 3 weeks later. Ismaeel you need a lesson in customer service, being vulgar before you answer calls in front of customers is also not a nice thing to do. You also have the audacity to change my ultegra cassette that was an 11-28 for a very well used 105 cassette that is 12-27...... After stating my case to the franchise owner, the the franchise owner has assured me the correct cassette will be replaced.
