  Thanks to Amanda Ngwenya, I just had a pleasant experience at Builders Rivonia this morning. I bought R3,200 worth of product over the weekend but could not access the first time online discount as promised by the staff who encouraged me to get a builders card last week. When I walked into the shop, I was told by two members of staff that there was nothing they could do to assist. I had to wait for my next online purchase, they told me. When I insisted on talking to someone else, I Amanda was brought in and it took her 15 m in bites yo process an almost R500 discount for me. Great way to start the week.

  Went to this Builders with a slight electrical challenge the team looking after aisle 9 were extremely helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to assist me. I am extremely impressed with the service level that I received.

  Great place to find anything DIY or for the garden. It's a good place to walk around, see what you like, then go to a speciality store where 9 times out of 10, it will be cheaper than Builder's. The warehouse is enormous, so give yourself time. Also make sure to check prices at the till match the prices on the shelf. Not always updated. Staff are generally friendly and extremely helpful so well done there!! Entire area is pretty flat so there shouldn't be any accessibility issues.

  Being here at 7am on a Monday is really cool, walk in, select your goodies, check out. Awesome. So companies have have watch dogs looking out for them, Rivonia have one better, they have warehouse pigeons. Awesome BW caring for nature.
