::I am so impressed with this branch the two ladies at the return section is super helpful and friendly. They communicated the status of the repair of my Dewalt drill more than once, kept me in the loop by letting me know that a technician is busy with it and got it sorted in less than a week of the given time frame. Well done Alice and your colleague.

::Here we go AGAIN!!!!! So a few week ago i bought wood from Builders Boksburg, and after 3 attempts the still manage to mess up the sizes, i was eventually offered a refund on the wood But NOT MY TIME, FUEL AND OTHER EXPENSES. This weekend i wanted glass (unaware of Leroy Marlin also cutting glass) so i went to builders giving them a second chance, and i wasn't even surprised when i got home unwrapped the glass and all the glass was wrong. Today i took it back and they 1st attempt to re cut the glass and yet again it was wrong, so i went to Leroy across the road and asked if they cut to size and they helped me and the glass was perfect. Them Branch manager at Builders didn't really seemed interested in my case, And Had More important stuff to attend to, i Had to demand a refund and once again i only got refunded for the glass, Not my time Fuel, and other stuff i bought there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there, Rather go across the road to Leroy Marlin, The stuff is friendlier and they do their jobs like it should be done.

::Builders definitely has a great range of products for all your DIY, gardening or building requirements at affordable prices. The customer service though needs to improve especially at the Boksburg branch. The service is very inconsistent. I receive great service one week then the next week the service drops. Staff need to be trained in product knowledge as well as the layout of the store so that they can easily assist clients to find what they are looking for and in what part of the store it can be found. I was looking for a G clamp and was told by the sales consultant that it would be in the gardening section. Are you kidding me? Keep in mind that Leroy merlin is not too far from builders warehouse in Boksburg and if this is the service you provide to customers by wasting their time running around your store then you will find most of your customers going across to Leroy Merlin.

::New store and layout looks great. Tiling section is a lot smaller than previous place. Service is not great. Sales counter was supposed to call me with pricing on a product not in stock. Still waiting for the call... Staff product knowledge is poor. I think this store is going to battle when the new Leroy Merlin opens in January

::New premises. Great displays. Some products are check, open day specials. Compost a bargain... R15 per bag and seedlings R15 per tray. Many senior citizens enjoying the garden experience.
