::When collecting my vehicles side mirror was completely dislodged and when questioned I was told that I brought it in broken. Suddenly none of the staff were responsible for the washing of the vehicle, apparently it magically washed, soaped, dried & polished itself. Terrible people to deal with!!!

::I have used Brilliant CAR for the past 5 years and I have found that the service has slowed down a lot. The coffee shop used to be very pleasant but is now quite shabby.
