    Can't get hold of them on the number advertised, phone rings but nobody answers,will not support Brackendowns Post Office if they have no level of customer service.

    Terrible service, can't find your parcels after they told you it is there, make you wait a whole hour, then tell you to come back the next day, and make you wait a hour again. Don't even say sorry, they are rude to you

    Do not even bother phoning to find out anything, rather just go there. They do not answer the phone, it just rings and rings. I have tried since 08:30 this morning and they only answered now! Poor service.. When eventually getting through, they still cant help me...
